Garmer Elected Democratic Party Chair Louisville Courier-Journal, January 2, 2004
Bill Garmer of Lexington, one of Kentucky's most respected trial attorneys, was selected Chairman of the Kentucky Democratic Party in a special election on Saturday.
Bill is a former President of the Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys (KATA) and a member of the Americna Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA) Board of Governors.
Bill and Don McNay were
the co-authors of the January, 2002 article in Trial Magazine, "Is a Qualified Settlement Fund Right for Your Clients." This article was also republished in the KATA Advocate and other legal
publications.
"Bill has the intelligence and integrity that the party needs and will do a tremendous job," said Don McNay.
